SimpleLeap Software, LLC.("SimpleLeap" or "We") values the privacy of our customers, users, and others (collectively or individually, "Users" or "You" ) who use the products, website, software, mobile phone applications, and any other web sites, applications, or services owned or operated by SimpleLeap (collectively, SimpleLeap's "services"). This policy governs the SimpleLeap services and describes how we collect and handle personal information when you use SimpleLeap services.
This SimpleLeap privacy policy is incorporated into and is subject to the SimpleLeap Terms of Use. Your use of SimpleLeap services and any personal information you provide while using SimpleLeap services remains subject to the terms of this privacy policy and the Terms of Use. The Information We Collect:
When you sign for a SimpleLeap service that requires registration or account creation, we ask you to provide some limited "personally identifiable" information, which may include your name, password, e-mail address, mobile phone number, and other customary, identifying information of your phone and mobile carrier. For certain services, such as software registration, we also request credit card or other payment account information which we pass in encrypted form to our merchant's secure servers.
Some SimpleLeap services allow you to save personal information on SimpleLeap servers. With respect to content information, SimpleLeap uses all reasonable efforts to keep this information secure and confidential and will not share this information with any third parties (except at your direction, or solely as necessary to operate the SimpleLeap services, as discussed in this notice)
When you use SimpleLeap services, we may automatically record certain information from your web browser by using different types of technology. The automatically collected information may include session cookies and persistent cookies, Internet Protocol address , web browser type, the web pages or sites that you visit just before or just after using SimpleLeap services, the pages you view in connection with SimpleLeap services, and the dates and times that you invoke SimpleLeap Services. Most browsers are initially set up to accept cookies, but you can reset your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. Please review your web browser "Help" file to learn the proper way to modify your cookie settings.
How We Use This Information:
Service Information Storage - You may at your sole discretion opt-out of having SimpleLeap store your content information retrieved on your behalf when using SimpleLeap services, in which case SimpleLeap shall not store any such information after processing it through SimpleLeap Services at your request, beyond a brief duration reasonably necessary to remove such content information from our systems. If you do not opt-out of having SimpleLeap store your content information on your behalf, then SimpleLeap collects and stores only the content information that you choose to transmit through SimpleLeap Services and, in some instances, the text contained in such documents, images, and attachments.
Log information - When you use SimpleLeap services, our servers automatically record information that your browser sends whenever you visit a website. These server logs may include information such as your web request, Internet Protocol address, browser type, browser language, the date and time of your request and one or more cookies that may uniquely identify your browser. SimpleLeap uses registration information and automatically collected information to operate and maintain SimpleLeap services. SimpleLeap maintains and uses certain information we collect for the purpose of improving the accuracy and performance of SimpleLeap services.
User Communications - When you send email, text message, or other communication to SimpleLeap, we may retain those communications in order to process your inquiries, respond to your requests and improve our services.
Financial and Billing Information - SimpleLeap uses financial and billing information that it collects through SimpleLeap services to process your payments for SimpleLeap services and to contact you if we have trouble processing an order or for other customer service purposes. SimpleLeap does not otherwise share or use this financial information for marketing or promotional purposes.
Affiliated sites - We offer some of our services in connection with other web sites. Personal information that you provide to those sites may be sent to SimpleLeap in order to deliver the service. We process such information in accordance with this Policy. The affiliated sites may have different privacy practices and we encourage you to read their privacy policies.
Other sites - This Privacy Policy applies to web sites and services that are owned and operated by SimpleLeap. We do not exercise control over the unaffliated sites that display our various services on their websites. These other sites may place their own cookies or other files on your computer, collect data or solicit personal information from you.
How We Use This Information:
You can decline to submit personal information to any of our services, in which case SimpleLeap may not be able to provide those services to you.
To protect your privacy and security, we take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting you account access or making corrections to your information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your unique password and account information at all times.

Email Notifications. If you no longer wish to receive information about SimpleLeap or other promotional communications, you may opt-out of receiving them by following the instructions included in each communication.
Lawful Purpose
You may use the Service or the Cram Application only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for compliance with all federal, state, and local law applicable to your use of the service, whether you use it from the United States or any other country.
Information Sharing and Disclosure:
SimpleLeap discloses certain user information to affiliated companies or other businesses or persons to: provide web site hosting, maintenance, and security services; fulfill orders (e.g., credit card processing services); conduct data analysis and create reports; offer certain functionality; and assist SimpleLeap in improving SimpleLeap services and creating new service features. We require that these parties process such information in compliance with this privacy policy. We authorize only a limited use of such information, and we require these parties to use reasonable confidentiality measures.
Except as otherwise expressly provided in this policy or in the SimpleLeap Terms of Use or as stated at the time we request information, we do not disclose your email address, phone number or any other personal information to any third parties.
If SimpleLeap becomes involved in a merger, acquisition, or any form of sale of some or all of its assets, we will provide notice before personal information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
SimpleLeap may also disclose user information if we have a good faith belief that access, use, preservation or disclosure of such information is reasonably necessary to (a) satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or enforceable governmental request, (b) enforce applicable Terms of Service, including investigation of potential violations thereof, (c) detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues, or (d) protect against imminent harm to the rights, property or safety of SimpleLeap, its users or the public as required or permitted by law.
Data and Information Security:
SimpleLeap processes personal information only for the purposes for which it was collected and in accordance with this Policy or any applicable service-specific privacy notice. We review our data collection, storage and processing practices to ensure that we only collect, store and process the personal information needed to provide or improve our services. We take reasonable steps to ensure that the personal information we process is accurate, complete, and current, but we depend on our users to update or correct their personal information whenever necessary.
SimpleLeap uses commercially reasonable physical, managerial, and technical safeguards to preserve the integrity and security of the information that we collect. We cannot, however, ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to SimpleLeap or through SimpleLeap services, and you do so at your own risk. Once we receive your transmission of information, SimpleLeap makes commercially reasonable efforts to ensure the security of our systems. However, please note that this is not a guarantee that such information may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by breach of any of our physical, technical, or managerial safeguards.
If SimpleLeap learns of a security systems breach, then we may attempt to notify you electronically so that you can take appropriate protective steps. SimpleLeap may post a notice on the SimpleLeap web site if a security breach occurs. Depending on where you live, you may have a legal right to receive notice of a security breach in writing. To receive a free written notice of a security breach, you should notify us at feedback@simpleleap.com.
We restrict access to personal information to a limited number of SimpleLeap personnel, contractors and agents who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve our services. These individuals are bound by confidentiality obligations and may be subject to discipline, including termination and criminal prosecution, if they fail to meet these obligations.
Changes to this Policy:
This privacy policy may be revised periodically without further notice to you and this will be reflected by a "last modified" date above. Please revisit this page to stay aware of any changes. In general, we only use your personal information in the manner described in the privacy policy in effect when we received that personal information. Your continued use of SimpleLeap services constitutes your agreement to this privacy policy and any future revisions.
We will not reduce your rights under this Policy without your explicit consent, and we expect most such changes will be minor. Regardless, we will post any Policy changes on this page and, if the changes are significant, we will provide a more prominent notice (including, for certain services, email notification of Policy changes).
