- What is Cram?
- Cram is an application that enables user to create, share, and study test material on their BlackBerry.
- Who is Cram for?
- Anyone wanting to study, prepare or simply keep their brain sharp on certain material.
- Which devices can run Cram?
- Pearl: (81xx), Curve: (83xx), 88xx series, 87xx series
- I have lost my license number to activate Cram,what now?
- First don't panic. We have a easy system to retrieve your license number. Just visit the SimpleLeap License Retrieval page, and complete the form.
If you purchased your software from a third party site, please return to the site where you purchased Cram and they should be able to provide directions on how to retrieve your Cram license number.
- How do I create a test ?
- Click the "New Test" icon on the main Cram screen and follow the prompts.
- How do I name a test in Cram?
- You can either enter a name when you create a new test, or select a test from the main screen and choose the "Edit" option.
- How do I save a test in Cram?
- Tests are automatically saved when creating a new test or modifying any questions within the test, Cram is just that easy to use.
- How do you delete a test ?
- Select a test from the list on the main screen, and select "Delete" from the menu options shown by pressing the BlackBerry menu button.
- How do I remove a question from a test?

1. Select the test you want to modify on the main screen.
2. Select "Edit" from the menu options.
3. Select "Questions...".
4. Select "Remove" on the question you want to removed from the test.
- How can I find a test that has already been created?
- All your tests are listed on the main Cram screen (the first screen you see when you launch the application)or if you have saved test online "Import" the test into your phone, and it will appear on your list.
- How do I see my score after taking a test?

1. Your score is shown on the next step after you complete your test.
2. You can also view test results by selecting "Test History" from the menu options on the main screen with the test you want to view results on selected.
- How do I utilize Cram's study guide mode?
- Select "Study Guide" option on the menu on the main screen, with the appropriate test selected.

- Why do I need a username and password?
- Typing a few dozen questions is no fun task on a mobile device. So we have enabled all Cram users to upload and download tests online. Once you create a username and password, this will give you access to creating tests in various ways.
- I'm currently in the trial period, how can I purchase Cram?

- How do I upload and import a test?

1. Create a new plain text document(.txt) in your favorite text editor such as Word, Notepad, WordPad, TextEdit etc, and make sure it is in plain text .txt format, or uploading/importing of test may not work properly.
2. In the text document:
-Place your question on a single line.
-On the very next line insert your answer choices, with each on on their own line (up to 5 answer choices)
-Denote the correct answer by placing two asterisks (**) before the answer.
-Finally, insert a blank line following the last answer choice.
-Repeat this process for adding additional questions. Please reference our sample test for clarity.

3. Go to Cram Account Login page to login or click "sign-up" to create a new free account.
4. Click "Upload Test". Browse and select the test you created. Click Upload.
5. In Cram, Go to Import, enter the same cram account login username, and select your uploaded test to import!
- Do I get support with my purchase of Cram?
- Absolutely! With your licensed purchase of Cram, SimpleLeap provides sixty (60) days of free email support.
- Is there a library with pre-made tests?
- Yes. You can download from the library simply by click on "Get All Tests" on your BlackBerry using Cram Version 1.1+ or you can access this on the older version of Cram ( Cram Version 1.0 ) by entering "cram" as the username and password in Cram on your mobile device when you import.
- Can I contribute tests to the Cram test library?
- Absolutely! To do so, login to the Cram account page, and just be sure to select the check mark next to "Share will all Cram users/add to library".
